When you send a message through the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. The message is delivered to Helena by email via Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service.

Booking

Booking sessions on the Contact page is handled through the ARTES scheduling platform, loaded in an embedded frame from artes.helenacoaching.com. Information you submit through that booking flow is governed by ARTES's own terms and privacy practices.
